Day 2

E is a home contractor who started his own business.  He has been married for 3 years, and they hope to have children sometime in the near future.  E mistakenly attended one of L’s scrapbooking classes at the community center several months ago.  He came hoping to find an English class, but came on the “wrong” night.  During that night J had an opportunity to get to know E, and they quickly became friends.

E is a strong Buddhist and in his younger years was a monk in hopes to earn merit for his family and himself.  He also has an idol room in his home.  E has had several opportunities to hear the gospel.  Ironically, many of his house clients are believers and one in particular has been sharing with him.  J has also had many good conversations with E about the Father.  E is hesitant because his wife isn’t interested due to how it would change all their family relationships and traditions.  Each time E gets closer to being open something happens to cause him to change his mind.

Ask that the Father would help E to let go of any fears that are holding him back from learning more about him and trusting in him also.  Ask for more great opportunities to pour into E’s life.
