Day 14

T learning to make brownies.

T is a high school student who lives in Baan Thaa Village. He is a part of our original group from a year ago when we began the group in the village. T heard about the Truth when he was a young child.  He was watching TV and saw a commercial for a free Book.  He called the company, and they sent him a Book and some other information through the mail.  When we met him, he had quite a bit of knowledge that he had learned through his own research and study.  We have been able to answer many of his questions and share additional stories with him for over a year. 

Celebrating T’s birthday. 

T is very interested in learning more, but admits he is struggling with wanting to accept this new Truth because his family is of the Budd. religion.  He has told his family that he believes what we are telling him is Truth, but they have told him on several occasions that he is crazy.   That this is nonsense.  T loves to worship, study, and will even tell you how much he loves the Father.  However, we are uncertain if he has believed on his own or if he still waiting due to his family.  T says he wants to believe, but he also doesn’t want to disappoint his parents.

Pizza Party!

Ask that T would but his complete trust in the Father despite his parents.  Ask the Father to open the eyes of his parents and soften their hearts, so T can feel free to believe.  Ask T would have confidence and boldness so that he would take a stand regardless of what others think.
