This past Sunday L met with her language partner for their weekly study time.  They have been meeting together for almost three months now.  Each time they meet, they spend part of the time practicing the languages with each other, the local language for L and then English for her partner.  After spending some time working on the languages, they transition into studying the Word.  Ging has been asking many questions each week about the Word and what it means to live according to it.  L has enjoyed sharing with her and teaching her what it means to be a follower of Him.  After many weeks of studying and searching for answers, Ging decided she was ready to make it personal in her life.  L spent an additional two hours answering questions and going through the Word with her on Sunday.  At the end of the study, Ging was confident that the Father was real and was ready to commit her life to Him.  We are rejoicing with Ging and her decision!  Sunday was Ging’s new birthday in the Father and we are so happy to celebrate with her.  Ging gathered several of her friends for a birthday snapshot.  Later, we sang “Happy Birthday” and lifted her up to the Father. 

Each week L will continue to meet with Ging to teach her and disciple her in what it truly means to follow the Father.  The Father is moving and we are so honored to be a part of what He is doing here!
