Tuesday after we finished teaching in the village school, we spent some time in the village with some of our group members.  We don’t usually get to spend much time with them except at our study time on Tuesday nights, so we felt we needed to schedule some fun time together too.  It was a great time of fellowship and encouragement.

We spent the first part of the afternoon fishing in a man-made pond at P’Naron and P’Nuantha’s house.  They are our host home each Tuesday night for our Word study.

No luck! 

So, we gave it our best shot, but we didn’t catch any fish.  We decided we fed them too much fish food so they weren’t interested in the fish bait.  Oh well, L was excited because she isn’t much of a fish eater.

After fishing, we headed over to P’Nim’s house.  She is another member of our group on Tuesday nights.  She is “like-minded” with us.  She has been searching for a group like ours for years.  So glad the Father provided.  P’Nim cares for her granddaughter.  Her granddaughter is sick right now with a fever, so we were able to lift her up while we were there.

We had a great afternoon visiting with our group members.  We look forward to spending more time with them every week.
